To ensure reliable operation of modular structures, our company recommends to build strip, pile or block foundations depending on the type of module. Modules can be installed without foundations, provided that the frame is reinforced and additional skis are installed around the perimeter of the module frame.
The frames of modules can be made either from profiled metal pipe with the use of wooden bar, or completely from wooden bar. It all depends on the purpose of the product and the customer’s wishes.
Roofing can be of several types: flat, single slope, gable, gable roof. For roofing materials such as corrugated board, metal or asphalt shingles, metal roll panels, etc. are used. Additionally, a decorative frieze on the perimeter of the roof can be installed. In each specific case, everything is agreed with the customer.
Наружная отделка модулей выполняется из профнастила, металлического или пластикового сайдинга, древесной шерсти, металлических рулонных панелей, панелей АКП и т.д. Заказчик может предложить свой вариант отделки.
Interior finishing of modular structures depends on the customer’s wishes. In most of our projects we use: moisture-resistant OSB, chipboard, PVC panels, laminated chipboard, wood and plastic veneer. We take into account all the customer’s wishes on finishing.
For insulation of modular structures we use mineral wool (basalt fiber) 11, 30, 45 kg/m.cube depending on the purpose of the product. But we do not exclude the use of other insulation materials at the customer’s request.
