To ensure the reliable operation of modular structures, our company recommends installing strip, pile or block foundations depending on the type of module. Installation of modules is also possible without foundations, provided that the frame is reinforced and skis are additionally installed around the perimeter of the module frame.

The frames of the modules can be made of either a shaped metal pipe with a wooden beam or entirely of wooden beams. It all depends on the purpose of the product and the customer’s wishes.

The roof can be of several types: flat, single-pitched, gable. The following materials are used for roofing: corrugated board, metal or bituminous tiles, metal rolled panels, etc. Additionally, a decorative frieze can be installed around the perimeter of the roof. In each case, everything is agreed with the customer.

The exterior of the modules is made of corrugated board, metal or plastic siding, wooden lining, metal rolled panels, and ACP panels. The customer can offer his own finishing option.

The interior decoration of modular structures depends on the customer’s wishes. In most of our projects we use: moisture-resistant OSB, chipboard, PVC panels, laminated chipboard, wooden and plastic lining. We take into account all the customer’s wishes regarding the finishing.

Mineral wool (basalt fiber) of 11, 30, 45 kg/m3 is used for insulation of modular structures, depending on the purpose of the product. However, we do not exclude the use of other heaters at the request of the customer.
